Client of the Week:
This was an easy decision this week- it is the one and only Andrew Shelton. Some of you may remember an email going out last year saying "Tell all the girls and boys to set the records by the new year, because once I'm back the records won't get broke they'll get smashed. Just like the boxing tower does when I hit it! I do 5 minute rounds week in week out and that's without breaking a sweat" This week Andrew really went for it with his punching and I had to push on the focus pads very hard- he really put the grit between his teeth.
The only time I've seen such a newcomer put in so much effort was when Cath Baker first started and I never thought I'd see anything like that again. Andrew has also done a wonderful marketing job for my Dad's business and so as a gesture of goodwill I am enclosing a flyer for what Andrew can do for all the business people on this list. The nice thing is that you can get the whole thing fully funded by government. My Dad could not speak highly enough of it and so
Networking:
Now as you may all know I know most of you very well and I do my utmost to ensure reciprocal business between all of you. Some of you have suggested that I set up my own networking event once a month. What do people think of the idea?
Funny looks at Sam Jones:
This week I went to Sam Jones for a workout and decided to do a 3 minute round while kneeling on a stability ball. I got some very funny looks of the punters. Some gave me some really strange looks. I mean what's wrong with punching a punch bag whilst kneeling on a stability ball?
New Gym on the Horizon:
For those of you who prefer working in a gym as opposed to home visits I should soon have a new gym to work from in Stannington quite soon- more to follow.
Open Air Aerobics:
Keep 21 November 2009 free. I am doing an open air aerobics class in Weston Park- more details to follow.
A Famous Name:
Herol "Bomber" Graham has been in touch with me on facebook - he's opening a new gym on Brammall Lane and he wants to meet me for some reason. His message said "Im interested in the training as i feel we can do some stuff together. I will call you in the next couple of days. " I would LOVE to work with Bomber Graham. Imagaine Bomber Graham and James Bond in the same gym
